…you know the planet is fucked. So DARPA, the spiritual mad scientist successor to Nikola Tesla want a flying submarine. It may not be four nuclear subs held together with girders and powered by saturn rockets, as seen is Ellis’s awesome Nextwave – but it is still a flying fuckin submarine.
