If you are in need for a bed for the night you might want to give Capcom a shout as they have been letting lots of people into bed at the moment. Marvel & Namco have not been enough to satisfy so Level 5 is now clambering in to give us Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright, an awesome looking title for the 3DS bringing two favourite DS characters together for the first time. The game was announced in Japan, and there is no information on a Western release as of yet, though Capcom USA suggest posting on their blog will help chances of release. If that talk was true there would be dozens of Shenmue games out by now. No doubt the massive popularity of Layton & cult following of Wright will see this coming to our shores.

3DS in March
0 CommentsNintendo have announced that the 3DS will be released in the UK this March. The highly anticipated handheld will hit Japan first on February 26th, much later than expected, at around 25000 yen – so hopefully the machine will be under £200 once it hits Britain and many Americans are aghast as they may be paying over $300. Quite expensive for a handheld, but the games look amazing – check out the video above for a look at the brilliant software line-up including two Resident Evil games, Metal Gear Solid 3 and a bunch of Nintendo classics. The dinky machine plays games and films without the need for 3D glasses and you can even take 3D photos thanks to two camera on the outer casing. More news as we get it.
Nintendo Reenact 3D
0 CommentsYou can’t show off the 3D effects of your new handheld system on a big screen, so what do you do? DO a Crimewatch style reconstruction of course. What an odd E3.
Nintendo Wow With 3DS
0 CommentsNintendo wowed the crowds at E3 with the debut of the 3DS, bringing 3D gaming to handheld consoles without the need for wearing 3D glasses. The system will be out in Japan this year and should be out int the UK before March 2011. The console comes with three cameras, with two on the back of the console which can be used to take 3D pictures and short 3D videos. There will also be a range of 3D films to watch on the machine. Perhaps more stunning than the actual hardware was the games announced for the system which includes out favourites like Mario,Zelda and the return of Kid Icarus alongside other popular franchises including Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil and Saints Row. The biggest disappointment was lack of price information, there is a lot of impressive hardware inside the machine, let’s hope it is not too pricey.
