Hey, we’ve only been waiting 14 years, what’s another month.

Blind Gamer Completes Abe’s Exodus
0 CommentsThis is an amazing feat. Abe’s Exodus was a bloody hard platforming puzzle game on the PS1 and PC, and back in the day I had to use a strategy guide to finish it. Terry Garrett from Colorado Springs didn’t need a Strategy Guide, in fact he’s beat the game several times just be listening to the game’s sound effects as he is completely blind. Check out a video of Terry playing the game below and then an interview with the man himself.
True Horror Of We Dare
0 CommentsTwas on Valentine’s Day that we had a look at the scary description of We Dare, a flirty party game that was due to be released on the PS3. The game sadly did not appear on shelves, but this week the title has resurfaced for the Wii with a trailer that beggars belief. Remember, suitable for 12+. Oh dear.
How To Ruin Valentines Day
0 CommentsOh dear. Valentine’s Day is already a bit tacky – and expensive – without a sexy motion controlled party game. I don’t think this is the type of game anyone imagined when Sony announced that the PlayStation Move would have games for older players. The game was due for release this past weekend, but it seems to have disappeared from most retailers and the UK UbiSoft Website. However our cache is made of strong stuff and we have found the terrifying official description for the game. Check out this gem:
Use the PlayStation Move Controller in unbelievable ways, as you’ve never imagined before…wave it around to the beat of your favourite tunes, old and new…put it in your pocket and act-out flirtatious actions…squeeze the controller to you or balance it to navigate precarious challenges…sometimes co-operative hugging helps, and it certainly doesn’t hurt.
Quite disturbing that performing a fun striptease is rated suitable for a 12+ game. Anyways probably best not to buy this for a loved one and stick to that overpriced set menu at the Italian down the road – though if you are in the need for some excitement I hear there are some other things you can do with that Move controller…
